L&Q is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator for its Healthy Homes team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, colleagues, contractors and stakeholders, delivering high-quality services that improve residents' homes and wellbeing.
Coordinate Awaab's Law damp/mould cases, manage repairs and minor works, and support surveyors by ensuring referrals are handled efficiently. The role reports to the Maintenance Operations Team Leader and helps deliver repairs.
