TOGS Mind in Greater Manchester is seeking a Community Mental Health Crisis Navigator for a 12-month fixed-term role to oversee an overnight crisis hub pilot. You will coordinate responses, support Crisis Peer Support Workers and manage safeguarding, risk and escalation across partners to ensure timely access to ongoing care.
