Operating as an overnight crisis space, the service provides a safe, welcoming and recovery-focused environment where people can access immediate support, stabilisation, and connection to ongoing care.

As a Navigator, you will support the operational running of the shift, support and guide Community Mental Health Crisis Peer Support Workers, coordinate responses to individuals experiencing mental health crisis, and manage safeguarding, risk and escalation processes. The role works collaboratively with statutory and voluntary sector partners to ensure people receive the right support at the right time, reduce escalation to acute services and are connected to appropriate ongoing services.
