Young Manchester is seeking a new Head of Grants & Membership. This senior leadership role reports to the CEO and includes responsibility for shaping and delivering grant‑making and membership strategies to maximise impact for children and young people across the city. The postholder will oversee the full lifecycle of youth‑led grant‑making, from strategy and design through to delivery, monitoring, evaluation and reporting, ensuring a transparent, equitable and compliant approach that aligns with organisational priorities.
Salary and Working Hours
- Salary: £36,574.40 per annum (pro‑rata)
- Working hours: Open to candidates seeking 3 or 4 days working weeks; part‑time
