Back on Track is a leading specialist provider of community learning and holistic support to adults experiencing multiple disadvantage including adults who have experience of problematic drug/alcohol use, the criminal justice system, challenges with their mental health, or those living in unstable accommodation. As part of the commissioned services that we deliver, we are looking for a motivated, dynamic, Early Helps for Adults navigator to deliver excellent 1:1 support to adults throughout Manchester. This work is carried out in partnership with Shelter and The Big Life Group and is underpinned by the key principles of early intervention and prevention. Your support will be person centred and trauma informed and will support participants to address challenges and reduce barriers to living well. Partnership working is an important part of this role.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and flexible with good time management and organisational skills. You will demonstrate a commitment to the people on the programme, putting their needs at the centre of your work. This role will be based in the Back on Track centre in Ancoats (M4 5JW).
