Action Together is seeking a passionate Community Engagement & Development Worker to join our Healthy Hearts Project in Manchester. This role involves leading outreach efforts in underserved communities, delivering Point of Care Testing for cardiovascular risks, and running educational sessions to promote understanding of heart health.
