Back on Track Manchester is seeking an Early Helps for Adults navigator to deliver excellent 1:1 support to adults in Manchester. The role focuses on early intervention and trauma-informed practice within a community setting.

Based at the Back on Track centre in Ancoats (M4 5JW), you will work Mon-Fri 9am–4:30pm on a fixed-term contract, engaging in partnership work with Shelter and The Big Life Group to help participants address challenges and reduce barriers to living well.
