BACKUP North West is seeking three compassionate, resilient and motivated people to join the Lucas Project team in Bolton, supporting young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
This role combines housing support with mentoring, helping residents manage tenancies, access education and employment opportunities, and engage with local services. A reliable, flexible approach is essential.
