Healthwatch Oldham and Healthwatch Tameside are looking for an organised, peopleâfocused team member to help us deliver our mission of improving health and care services for local residents. In this varied role, youâll work as part of the Healthwatch Oldham and Tameside teams to support board and team meetings, help run public events, and be a friendly point of contact for members of the public.
Responsibilities
- Support board and team meetings.
- Help run public events.

- Input engagement data and keep our CRM database up to date.
- Update our websites and newsletters.
- Support volunteer administration.
- Ensure information resources are accurate and accessible.
- Collaborate with other Action Together teams when needed.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, detailâdriven, and proactive.
- Experience supporting projects and working to tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.

Details
- Salary: ÂŁ28,598âÂŁ31,537 per annum (actual pro rata salary ÂŁ16,682âÂŁ18,397 per annum)
- NJC: Grade 5 SP 12â18
- Hours: 21 per week (part time)
- Length of contract: Fixed term until 31 March 2027
- Location: Hybrid (work from home and at our office and in communities across Tameside and Oldham)
