We are looking for a Content Coordinator to join our team at the Supply Chain Sustainability School, an award-winning online training platform. You will be passionate about sustainability in the built environment and can use your research and technical skills to manage an online resource library to inspire over 65,000 individual members to embed change and build more sustainably.
The successful candidate will be a completer-finisher, have strong organisational skills, be a self-starter who is process driven and is keen to embark upon a career in sustainability. Key Responsibilities:
To ensure that the Supply Chain Sustainability School Knowledge library of over 4,000 digital resources (e-learning, video, animation, online resource links, etc.) is up to date, innovative and practical.
This knowledge will engage the supply chain, encouraging them to continuously learn through the School. This will allow businesses to understand what steps they need to take to become more sustainable in the way they work and empower them to take action. The School will continue to be seen by the supply chain as the resource to use to meet with government and client sustainability targets, as well as a tool to create change and embed the need for a sustainable built environment.
You will understand the key drivers of the stakeholders within the School and translate this into ensuring that the different types of knowledge contained within the School is leading edge and refreshed constantly.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Understand the objectives of the Supply Chain Sustainability School and the client audience.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the content within the knowledge management system (the School resource library).
- Build relationships with the School Partners and School subject matter experts (internal and external colleagues) to ensure that any new, key resources are included within the library.
- A broad understanding of the key topics in the School so that you can advise the wider team of the best placed resources to be included in learning functionality such as: learning pathways.
- A thorough understanding of the structure of the resource library and how this feeds into the LMS algorithm to ensure that practical and up to date action plans are produced.
- Manage how the wider team add content and resources into the knowledge management system by maintaining and communicating the governance and process, providing support where required.
- Support the content strategy ensuring that systems and processes are adhered to and refined where necessary.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to ensure that new knowledge is communicated and promoted to members of the School.
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure the School platforms run smoothly and are fully optimised, and raise any issues with the developer as necessary.
- Feed into the overall marketing strategy to ensure that industry news and new legislation allows the School to proactively respond e.g., CSRD; Biodiversity Net Gain.
- Work within the CMS Team to update and maintain the webpages for which you will be responsible, consulting with the Subject Matter Experts for each topic.
- Work closely with the e-learning development team to ensure high quality content is produced in a structured and timely manner.
- Undertake other basic business support duties as part of a team.
