We are recruiting for an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead a nursery setting in Twickenham. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a passion for Early Years education to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring compliance with the EYFS and Ofsted regulations.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the staff team, conducting supervisions and appraisals.
- Manage occupancy levels, marketing, and parent enquiries to ensure the nursery reaches its full potential.
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health & safety, and child protection.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, carers, and external agencies.
- Manage the nursery budget and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (Level 4/5 or Degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or a highly experienced Deputy Manager.
- In-depth knowledge of Ofsted inspections and the EYFS framework.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one).
