Action Staffing is partnering with a leading care provider to find a Dual Site Manager to oversee two therapeutic children’s homes in the Lancashire area. This is a rare opportunity to manage a high-performing service with a salary package of up to £70,000.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will take legal responsibility for two residential homes catering to young people (7-17) with complex needs. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, leading your staff teams, and ensuring both homes remain compliant with Ofsted regulations.
KEY DUTIES
- Act as the Registered Manager for two separate children’s homes.
- Mentor, train, and lead your Deputy Managers and support staff.
- Manage budgets, rotas, and operational resources efficiently.
- Ensure all care plans are therapeutic, child-centred, and compliant with the Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
WHAT YOU NEED
- Qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
- Experience: 2+ years as a Registered Manager in a Children’s Residential setting.
- Success: A proven history of ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcomes with Ofsted.
- Drivers: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
