Action Staffing is recruiting for high-quality private nurseries in Islington, Camden, Hackney, and King\’s Cross. We are looking for strong, reliable Early Years professionals who are ready to take the next step in their careers.

We have vacancies for Level 3 Practitioners, Room Leaders, and Senior Nursery Nurses starting immediately.

Your Role

• Lead and inspire a team to deliver high-quality childcare (for Senior roles).
• Plan creative and educational activities based on the EYFS.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children in your care.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and external agencies.

Requirements

• Essential: Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, or QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS, Safeguarding, and British Values.
• Experience leading a room or a small team is desirable but not essential.
• A positive, \”can-do\” attitude.
