We are looking for an experienced Nursery Room Leader / Early Years Room Leader to join a professional childcare team in North London. You will lead a small team, provide high-quality early years education, and support children’s development in line with EYFS standards. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in nursery management, room leadership, or senior early years practitioner roles.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and support your early years room team
- Plan and deliver engaging activities for children aged 0–5
- Oversee observations, assessments, and learning journeys
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and families
Requirements:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Experience in a nursery, pre-school, or early years setting
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding
- Leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
