We are recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Nursery Manager to lead a nursery setting and support the delivery of high-quality early years education and care.
This is currently a term-time-only position, with the nursery looking to become a full-time nursery from January 2027, subject to plans progressing successfully.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the nursery, leading and supporting staff, maintaining high standards of safeguarding and care, and ensuring the setting operates in line with relevant Early Years and Ofsted requirements.
Salary: £35,000 per annum

- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Good understanding of Ofsted standards and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage the day-to-day operations of a nursery
- Experience supporting, mentoring and developing early years staff
- Commitment to providing high-quality care, learning and development for children
- Relevant Early Years qualification, ideally Level 3 or above
- Ability to work effectively with parents, staff and external professionals
