Action Staffing Ltd is urgently seeking a dedicated Senior Nursery Practitioner to lead the care and development of our youngest age group (6–14 months) in a premier Harrow setting. This role is perfect for a nurturing professional who specializes in infant care and is ready to take an operational lead in a baby room environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Infant Care Leadership: Oversee daily routines for babies aged 6–14 months, ensuring high standards of personal care, feeding, and sleep monitoring.
  • EYFS Implementation: Lead age-appropriate sensory play and developmental activities tailored for infants.
  • Key Person Excellence: Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers, providing detailed daily feedback on their child's progress.
  • Staff Mentoring: Support and guide junior practitioners in the room, modeling best practices in infant care and safety.
