We are currently recruiting an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a well‐established Ofsted‐registered day nursery in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Early Years Manager who is confident in managing nursery operations, leading teams, and delivering high‐quality care in line with the EYFS framework.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day‐to‐day nursery operations
- Lead, motivate, and support the early years team
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Maintain high‐quality teaching, learning, and care
- Manage staffing, ratios, and nursery administration
Requirements
- Level 3 (minimum) or Level 5 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager / Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
