Action Staffing Ltd is urgently seeking qualified and experienced Childcare Professionals to join premier Early Years settings across the South East. We are looking for dedicated Nursery Nurses and Early Years Educators who are passionate about delivering the EYFS framework to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through engaging and creative play-based learning.
- Conduct developmental observations, assessments, and progress tracking for children aged 0-5.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that promotes emotional and educational growth.
- Maintain rigorous health and safety standards in line with nursery policies and Ofsted requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ/Diploma in Childcare or Early Years.
- At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a UK nursery or preschool setting.
- Strong communication, reliability, and a deep understanding of safeguarding and SEN support.
- Desired for candidates based in Bexley, Welling, Dartford, or the London Borough of Greenwich.
