We are recruiting an experienced and passionate Children’s Home Manager to join a well-established residential care home in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with leadership experience in residential childcare, safeguarding, and youth care management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the children’s home, ensuring high-quality residential care.
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff to deliver a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for children.
