We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Nursery Manager to lead a premium childcare setting in Northwood. This is a senior leadership position for a professional with a proven track record of maintaining "Outstanding" results and driving business growth within the Early Years sector.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Management: Lead the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring a high-performing environment for children and staff.
- Ofsted Leadership: Uphold the highest levels of compliance and pedagogy to ensure the setting remains at the forefront of EYFS standards.
- Team Development: Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of a large practitioner team.
