Action Staffing Ltd is seeking a dedicated and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a charming, 32-place setting in the heart of Elstead (Godalming). Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience)
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week over 4 days) or Part-time options available
Setting: Friendly, 32-place Day Nursery
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with EYFS frameworks.
- Act as a key person, monitoring and documenting children's progress and development.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5.
- Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with parents and carers.
- Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (required).
