Our client practices boast state-of-the-art equipment (including digital X-rays, rotary endo, CBCT scanners, and intraoral scanners) and excellent support teams, allowing you to focus entirely on delivering outstanding clinical and cosmetic care.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Excellence: Provide high-quality general, restorative, and cosmetic dentistry to a fully private patient base.
- Treatment Planning: Assess patient needs, formulate comprehensive bespoke treatment plans, and confidently present high-value options.
- Patient Care: Maintain a calm, welcoming, and premium environment, ensuring a 5-star patient journey from consultation to aftercare.
- Compliance: Ensure all clinical notes, treatments, and procedures strictly adhere to GDC standards, CQC regulations, and practice policies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a skilled team of Treatment Coordinators (TCOs), Dental Nurses, Hygienists, and Practice Managers to maximize clinical efficiency.
- Registration: Full, active registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of clinical experience post-qualification, with a proven track record of delivering private/cosmetic treatments.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio of previous private work (e.g., Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers, or implants) is highly advantageous.
- Insurance: Valid professional indemnity insurance.
- Attitude: A high level of clinical expertise, exceptional communication skills, and a patient-first, premium service approach.
- High Earning Potential: Excellent percentage splits on all private treatments and high earning potential for cosmetic and restorative work.
- Flexibility: Choose the days that suit your schedule—ranging from 1 to 5 days a week.
- Established Books: Inherit well-maintained, busy private patient lists with continuous high-quality marketing driving new patient inquiries.
