The Solar-as-a-Service (Saa S) Delivery Manager will lead the development and delivery of Action Renewables' solar programmes across both commercial and charitable offerings.
The role is responsible for end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring projects are completed efficiently while achieving strong commercial outcomes and meaningful community impact.
The postholder will play a key role in shaping and scaling the organisation’s solar programme, with responsibility for programme performance, stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Level 6 qualification in a relevant subject or minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in project or programme management (renewables or charity sector desirable).

- Evidence of developing and delivering new projects or programmes.
- Experience of contributing to organisational development.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines, priorities, and multiple workstreams.

- Strong report writing and analytical capabilities.
- High level of IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead within a team environment.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (site visits required).
