Salary: £25,865-£27,847 pro rata, per annum Location: AMH Antrim, Belfast or Portadown (to be confirmed on appointment) The Vacancy Hours: 17.5-20 hours per week (Tuesday to Thursday, 8:30am 4:30pm) Working Pattern within office hours: Belfast/Antrim – Mon-Thurs 08:30-16:30, Fri 08:30-15:15 Portadown – Mon-Thurs 09:00-17:00; Fri 09:00-16:00 The post holder may be required to work evenings and at weekends to meet the requirements of the role. Duration: Fixed Term to 30 September 2025 Closing date: 03 February 2025 Role: The post holder will develop and deliver training programmes across Northern Ireland which support employers to develop healthy and resilient workplaces. The overall purpose of the post is to provide training and education on resilience and wellbeing with the aim of: Promoting positive mental health and emotional wellbeing in the workplace. Realising positive outcomes for employers and employees Strengthening existing client relationships and building new relationships Strengthening the Sales and Marketing strategy to increase sales of the AMH Works portfolio to businesses and organisations throughout Northern Ireland. You will have (essential): Educated to A Level/RQF Level 3 or equivalent in a related discipline (health, education/training or social care sector) Experience of delivering training in a group setting. Experience of delivering health and wellbeing training programmes. A full current driving licence and access to a car is essential. Consideration will be given to alternative travelling proposals in respect of applicants with a disability who cannot hold a licence.
