Are you passionate about helping people on their journey to recovery and supporting them into meaningful employment and training opportunities?
We’re looking for a dedicated Employment Officer to join our team and provide high-quality support to individuals living with mental health needs.
In this role, you’ll support individuals to progress towards education, training and sustainable employment opportunities. You will develop and maintain strong external networks with employers, training providers and community organisations to create pathways for participants and achieve organisational objectives.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong ability to motivate and inspire others, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. Experience of working with people with mental health needs or other disadvantaged groups is essential, as is the ability to evidence building external networks that deliver real impact.
