The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Location: Based in Action Mental Health Antrim or Foyle (base to be agreed on appointment). Regional travel across Northern Ireland as needed (including Causeway Coast Glens, Mid Ulster, and Derry~Londonderry/Strabane). Hybrid working available.

Hours: Full-time 35 hours.

Contract: Fixed term to 30 November ****.

Are you passionate about supporting children and young people to build positive mental health, confidence, and resilience? We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Worker to join our OUR Generation delivery team. You will deliver engaging, youth work informed mental health and wellbeing programmes, including resilience-building sessions, youth leadership activities, and training for teachers, youth workers, and community practitioners.

Working in partnership with schools, youth organisations, and community groups, you will help strengthen peace, connection, and emotional wellbeing across communities. The programme is supported through PEACEPLUS (managed by SEUPB) and focuses on improving mental health, resilience, and wellbeing for children, young people, and those who support them.

You will build strong partnerships, support high-quality programme delivery, contribute to monitoring and evaluation, and work in line with safeguarding, trauma-informed practice, and organisational policies. We are looking for someone with strong facilitation skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for youth mental health.
