We’re looking for a dedicated Project Administrator to join our team and provide vital administrative, financial, and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of our Recovery & Employability and Workable services. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations — maintaining accurate records, producing reports, and providing effective office administration. You’ll manage financial and non-financial information using Microsoft Office and our internal databases, helping ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standard.
We’re looking for someone with strong organisational and IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently across multiple priorities. Experience in administrative or financial support roles is essential, and a proactive, team-focused approach will help you thrive in this position.
