The Governors of St Agatha’s Catholic Primary School wish to appoint an enthusiastic, motivated and dynamic Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). We are seeking to recruit an exceptional practitioner who is passionate about early childhood education and can support all children to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Responsibilities:
- Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education as full and relevant.
- Have high expectations of all children and a commitment to inclusive practice.
- Support learning across EYFS, including phonics and early literacy.
- Provide targeted support for children with SEND, including small-group interventions.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Be committed to ongoing professional development.
- Ideally hold a current Paediatric First Aid certificate.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm (term time only)
Requirements:
