We are seeking to appoint a proactive, organised and technically confident ICT and Data Assistant to join our Student Services team. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing first-line ICT support alongside data, assessment and examinations administration. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of school systems, helping staff and students with technology, maintaining accurate data records and contributing to the smooth delivery of examinations and assessment processes. Key Responsibilities
- ICT Support
- Provide first-line support for day-to-day ICT issues across the school.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting and fault-finding before escalating more complex issues.
- Manage and triage ICT requests, responding directly where appropriate.
- Support the setup, maintenance and organisation of ICT equipment and systems.
- Assist in maintaining a reliable and effective ICT environment for staff and students.
- Data, Assessment and Examinations Support
- Support the administration of student data, assessments and examinations.
- Assist with pupil assessment tracking and reporting processes.
- Support data protection compliance and data accuracy checks.
- Assist with the preparation, organisation and administration of examinations.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school procedures.
- Administrative Support
- Assist with communications, record keeping and information management.
