Action Homeless is seeking two Homeless Services Officer to join its dedicated team that work across the City in providing homeless services. Our current vacancies are within our low support team and rough sleeping team both will offer different challenges and opportunities.

What you would do as a Homeless Service Officer
Be the initial point of contact for our clients
Create safe living environments through Health and Safety checks and good housing management
Support clients with benefit claims and oversee rent management process
Complete coaching plans and assists clients through their journey with us
Provide advocacy and liaise with external agencies on behalf of clients
