We're looking for a Service Administrator to join the team to support the work we do.

About The Role

You’ll be part of the Accommodation team, providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth operation and compliance of maintenance, compliance and property related tasks. You will work closely with the Repairs and Maintenance Officer, Support Work Team and Accommodation Services Manager. In tandem with this key role within the Accommodation Service, you will support our other client services: Young Lives, InterAction, and Language and Learning. This part of the role includes volunteer and general administration tasks in supporting activities and events, and ensuring the administration of our volunteer recruitment and training.

Essential Information

  • Reports to: Accommodation Services Manager
  • Hours: 35 hours per week full-time
  • Salary Scale: £23,257 – £24,197 per annum (subject to adjustment in line with Real Living Wage updates), plus a 6% pension contribution.
  • Annual Leave: 28 days + 8 English Bank Holidays
