Action for Children is recruiting a Young Person’s Practitioner to support the Step ED programme across North Wales.
This school-based role works directly with small groups of young people identified as disengaged from education or in need of extra support to stay engaged.
You will deliver interventions from an approved programme to build confidence, resilience and motivation, helping young people reconnect with education and realise their potential.
