A bit about the role:

- Processing Gift Aid declarations and supporting accurate Gift Aid claims in line with HMRC requirements.
- Maintaining high-quality supporter data through data cleansing, record updates, duplicate management and quality checks.
- Producing accurate supporter selections and segmentation lists for fundraising campaigns, stewardship activities and communications.
- Processing fundraising income from platforms such as JustGiving and PayPal, ensuring information is accurately recorded.
- Working closely with Data Analysts, the Database Manager and fundraising teams to ensure database updates are completed efficiently.
- Supporting the development and improvement of income processing and supporter data management processes.
- Producing reports and using data insights to support fundraising activity.
About you:
You’ll be someone who enjoys working with data and has excellent attention to detail. You’ll be confident managing information accurately, working to deadlines and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
You’ll ideally have:
- Experience working with supporter databases, CRMs or data management systems.
- Experience using systems such as Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, RENXT/LMS or similar CRM platforms (desirable).
- Experience processing fundraising income or working within a supporter data environment.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with data.
- Experience using reporting tools such as Power BI or similar data visualisation tools (desirable).
- An understanding of GDPR, Gift Aid and the importance of maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across different teams.
