Contract: Fixed Term Contract for 12 months covering Maternity Leave, 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role: This is an exciting opportunity to join the Information Technology team as a Salesforce Analyst on a 12‑month fixed term maternity cover contract. Working as part of a small Salesforce team, you will play a key role in the ongoing development, support and optimisation of our Salesforce platform, which underpins a wide range of services across the organisation. You’ll be responsible for maintaining system stability and performance, supporting users, and delivering enhancements that improve how teams use Salesforce to deliver better outcomes for children and young people.
How you'll help to create brighter futures:
- Administer, maintain and support Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud), ensuring systems are reliable, secure and meet service expectations.
- Design and deliver enhancements including automation, reports and new functionality.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology, translating requirements into effective solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues, contributing to continuous service improvement.
- Work within change and release processes to ensure safe and controlled system updates.
- Support users and promote best practice to improve adoption and user experience.
Let's talk about you:
- Previous track record of Salesforce platform administration, including building and configuring custom objects and process automation.
- Salesforce Admin certification.
- Knowledge and experience of developing sites in Experience Cloud.
- Experience of installation and configuration of third-party applications within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience of stakeholder management.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of information security and data protection.
- Must be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work unsupervised.
- Able to document requirements and work with business analysts as required.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication.
