Action for Children is recruiting a Community Development Worker in Paignton, Devon, to join the 0 to 19 Torbay team.

The role focuses on delivering family support within Torbay communities, delivering key messages, and building strong community relationships.

You will recruit Peer champions, work 1:1 with families or in Best Start Family Hubs, and ensure all support is evidence-based. Some session delivery experience is helpful.
