Location: Rhydyfelin, Rhondda Cynon Taf - The project is situated in easy commute of the M4 Cardiff and A470 Pontypridd/Merthyr Tydfil.
Contract/Hours: Permanent, Part-time - 21 hrs per week

About the Service
Rhondda Short Breaks provides overnight short breaks for children and youngpeople from Rhondda Cynon Taff who have physical disability, learning disabilities and complex needs.
This service is available for young people aged 5-18 years old, giving them a high-quality break from home and their families some much-needed rest.
Many of the children we support may have substantial and highly complex needs and playing outside benefits their health, wellbeing and development.
About the role
As an Administrator Officer you'll play a vital role in providing admin and finance support. You’ll need flexibility to meet the needs of the 24/7 service, with most of your hours worked between Monday to Friday.

Let’s talk about you
- Experience of a similar administrative role with excellent communication skills is essential.
- Strong IT Skills and experience of using various IT systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- To be a confident communicator and able to converse with senior professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
- The ability to take minutes at meetings.
- Good prioritisation and time management ensuring deadlines are met, whilst maintaining the ability to handle sensitive data.
- Experience of financial systems including Goods Received Notes, purchase ordering and budget would be desirable
- Knowledge and experience of social media and digital media would be desirable
