A bit about the role:
Action for Children's Fostering (England) service provides a high-quality service for a wide range of children and young people aged 0-18 years. We offer a range of placements including short and long-term placements, solo placements, and sibling group placements, including placements for disabled children and those presenting with multiple needs and challenging behaviour.
The role of our Marketing and Recruitment Officer is to help generate new enquiries from members of the public interested in becoming foster carers, either now or in the future. You'll help to promote fostering by delivering marketing campaigns that carry the right message to our target segments. You’ll be joining a dedicated team and will be involved in the development of a full and exciting mix of marketing initiatives. We have fostering offices dotted throughout the UK, which you can utilise if required but this role is home-based, however some travel, from time-to-time, may be required.
How you'll help to create brighter futures:
- Delivering primarily digital marketing campaigns, including content creation, to raise awareness of Fostering across England.
- Creative design, implementation and budget management of social media advertising including Facebook.
