Location: Remote, must be located permanently in the UK.
Contract: Permanent β 35 hours per week.

A bit about the role: We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic People Partner on a full-time permanent contract to provide solutions and guidance to complex people related queries and tasks that enable management to continue to achieve their business objectives across the UK. You will also undertake or support specific corporate initiatives to enable the organisation and its services to develop and grow, in line with the organisational business plan.
How you'll help to create brighter futures: Through the People Advice Team, you will provide a first-class service of specialist HR advice and coaching. You will use best practice and insight gained from continued learning to provide pragmatic and informed solutions and ideas. You will source and use existing data to produce quantitative and qualitative data. Work collaboratively and engagingly with senior management. Provide expertise and contribution with bid and implementation teams, providing detailed and insightful knowledge and experience. You will take a lead role to create a coaching culture within the People Advice Team. Support the development and maintenance of people policies and procedures. Work in partnership and develop effective working relationships with our trade union partners.
Let's talk about you: CIPD professional qualification with formal coaching and or mediation training would be desirable. Experience in an HR Management and/or Business Partnership role. Experience of managing TUPE transfers and proven knowledge of the law affecting TUPE. Knowledge of a range of HR/OD theories, practices, frameworks, and tools. A good working knowledge of employment law. Sound knowledge of coaching and leadership development practices. Engages powerful parties and mediates conflict well. Exercises sound judgement based on logical thinking, best practice, organisational understanding, and evidence. Prominent levels of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and empathy to build effective relationships.
