What we need you to do:
Here at Action for Children our aim is to provide safe and happy spaces for all of our children and young people using our services and our outdoor spaces are a big part of this goal. We are looking for volunteer gardeners to help us ensure our outdoor spaces are kept safe and tidy for our service users to enjoy. Your role will include but is not limited to:
- Planting depending on the season.
- Cutting grass areas.
- Lifting and clearing garden rubbish.
- Sweeping, weeding, pruning, watering and dead heading plants as required.
- Help with other related tasks as necessary.
What Skills and experience do you need?
- Experience of gardening.
- Happy to be outside even with rain showers.
- Experience of pruning different plants.
- Willingness to learn.

- To provide two references from non-family members and other relevant documents related to the role.
