Action for Children in Carmarthenshire is seeking a Family Support Practitioner to deliver evidence-based parenting programmes such as The Parenting Puzzle, Parenting Plus, and Talking Teens, in person or via Microsoft Teams. You will work with families, carers and children aged 0-19 to provide tailored support that strengthens relationships and emotional well-being, travelling across Carmarthenshire to homes, groups and community settings, with flexible hours and the ability to work across.
