Location: Rhydyfelin, Rhondda Cynon Taf
Contract / Hours: Permanent, Part Time ā 16 hours per week ā Tuesday to Saturday between core hours of 09:00 and 22:00 (3 hours per session)

RCT Community Short Breaks allows children to enjoy a safe, meaningful experience and an opportunity has arisen for Community Short Breaks Workers to join our dedicated, friendly, warm and professional team. The Community Short Breaks Project provides support to children and young people with disabilities, including 1:1 support, small groups and community activities. We are ready to support and develop you to build on the experience you already have. We would love to hear from you if you want to help change lives by working at the forefront of childācentred care.
