Action for Children in Abingdon is seeking a Residential Support Worker (Shift Leader) to lead shifts, deliver personalised care, and support wellbeing for children and young people in a residential setting. You will work 37 hours weekly with two shifts, 7am-2.30pm and 2pm-9.30pm, in a permanent role.
You will manage risk, produce reports, and participate in multi‑agency meetings while developing positive relationships with young people and their families.
