Action for Carers Surrey is seeking a Carer Advice and Guidance Advisor to be the primary contact for carers with complex needs, managing a full caseload and delivering end-to-end casework. The role is predominantly remote (Teams/phone) with person-centred assessments and tailored action plans for carers and their families.
You will conduct in-depth advice, advocate for carers to access funding, services and rights, and help navigate health and social care systems.
