Action for Carers Surrey is seeking an Advice, Information & Helpline Officer based at our Guildford office (Astolat, Coniers Way, Guildford, GU4 7HL). The role is full-time (36 hours per week) with one designated home-working day.
You will provide information, guidance and signposting to unpaid carers, assessing needs and linking them to relevant supports both within and beyond the organisation.
