Do you love creating safe, enjoyable and supportive spaces which give adult carers the respite, connection and support they deserve? Are you excited by joining a passionate team to deliver group activities, both in-person and online, to provide support to adult carers and ensure they feel heard, valued and supported? Do you have experience of working in a community-focused setting, ideally with vulnerable or isolated adults? If so, you may be the Adult Coordinator we’re looking for — helping adult carers across Surrey feel connected, empowered and valued.

The role is available on a part-time basis (18 hours per week) and will include evening and weekend work. Hybrid working – your main base will be our Guildford office, with the opportunity to work from home at times. A driving licence and access to a car are essential, as the role involves travel across Surrey, with a strong focus in the East of Surrey. You’ll work within a team who work flexibly across evenings and weekends, ensuring hubs, sessions and activities are accessible for adult carers around work commitments and family responsibilities. You’ll be reporting to our Adults Manager, working closely with the Engage & Connect leadership team.

Annual Salary: £31,100– £32,557 (Full Time Equivalent).
