Join our deafPLUS Services team in London as Wellbeing and Learning Coach. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is passionate about building confidence, and wants to create real lasting change. The successful candidate will use a coaching approach to support people to develop practical life skills through real life activities, group sessions, and one to one support. They will deliver lifelong learning to 50 clients and the health and wellbeing project to 132 clients over the course of the project.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about supporting Deaf people to become more independent
- Confident delivering engaging, interactive sessions in community settings
- Able to motivate and build confidence in others
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
