Action Deafness is seeking a dedicated Sensory Community Team Leader to coordinate a new 24-hour support service in the Ripon area, North Yorkshire. This full-time role (37 hours) involves leading a small team, ensuring compassionate, person-centred care and seamless collaboration with the family and the broader Deaf community.
