As our small charity focuses on growth to increase impact, we are implementing a CRM System and have selected Monday.com. We now seek a qualified professional senior lead to implement the CRM across Action Change.
This role will help Action Change focus on fundraising and donations as we have seen a 70% decline in 2025 in donations due to global economic shifts. This is survival mode and we need help!

What are we looking for?
- Experienced Senior Systems Manager
- Experience with Monday.com Platform
- Self-driven and able to lead a new system rollout
- Ability to train and troubleshoot during the transition stage
- Work directly with our CEO and Senior Team
What will you be doing? The volunteer should be experienced in CRM, systems, and rolling out a new system across a number of users. We have limited technical expertise in the charity and are seeking someone to take the lead and execute this new program to help us increase donor relations and donation management. We have been accepted onto the Non-Profit Monday.com CRM package but we need it modified, training to be provided, and support to roll out the system.
