Drive global impact! We need a Senior Digital Fundraising Manager to lead 5 key campaigns (e.g. Earth Day). You’ll have full autonomy over strategy, content, and execution across email/socials to drive donations. Perfect for experienced pros wanting high-level ownership and measurable results.
What difference will you make? We have incredible stories but lack the strategic engine to turn awareness into funding. By owning these 5 campaigns, you will create sustainable revenue streams that directly fund rhino protection, schools, and women’s projects. Your expertise will bridge the gap between our field impact and our digital growth, ensuring Action Change has the resources to respond to global crises.
What are we looking for?
- 5+ years in Digital Fundraising or Growth Marketing.
- You must be an expert in email marketing, social media advertising, and campaign analytics.
- We need doers who can move from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation.
- Professionalism and the ability to work autonomously are vital, as you will have full accountability for your campaigns.
- Experience in donor acquisition and Direct Response copywriting is a major plus.
What will you be doing?
You will lead our digital fundraising strategy for 5 major campaigns over 12 months. This is a full-cycle senior role from choosing the strategic focus (e.g. Earth Day) to writing content, implementing social/email marketing, and reporting ROI. You will have free reign to innovate. We need professionals who can build a donor journey from scratch, manage the technical execution, and provide clear data-driven reports to the senior team on campaign performance.
