Lead a digital transformation at Action Change! We need a Senior Content & SEO expert (5+ yrs exp) to overhaul our global program narratives. This is a strategic role to re-write our mission to drive SEO, engage donors, and fund our life-saving work worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Audit, re-strategize, and re-write our program narratives to improve online visibility and donor engagement.
- Develop and implement a digital voice that drives SEO performance and donor contributions.
- Oversee end-to-end content and SEO initiatives, transforming technical data into SEO-optimized, high-converting stories that support donations.
- Work autonomously on a rescue project from audit to execution, owning the process and delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with teams to align messaging with strategic goals and donor needs.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Senior Content Strategy, SEO, or Digital Marketing.
- Self-starter who can work without micro-management.
- Experience in high-converting copywriting (B2B or Charity) is essential.
- Deep understanding of SEO tools and keyword strategy.
- Comfort taking a "rescue project" from audit to execution.
- Passion for UN SDGs and ability to turn technical project data into emotive storytelling.
